Our fully integrated manufacturing process, combined with experienced engineering support, have made Western's Engineered Products Group a preferred supplier of finished products. We can tailor a solution to every application in our efficient 250,000 sq ft manufacturing facility.
To ensure our customers' orders meet exacting tolerances, Western Industries offers a fully integrated manufacturing process with these features:
- Engineering and prototyping services, including evaluation and assessment.
- Automated test stations to ensure electric and gas product performance and safety.
- Full supply chain management of parts, sub-assemblies, finished goods and pack-out.
- Finishing capabilities, including automated lines ensure controlled
application and curing of immersion E-coat with robotically applied wet
top coat capable of Class A finish.
- Finish grinding including re-graining of stainless steel.
- Robotic and manual welding, including MIG and TIG to ensure compliance with tight tolerances.
- Laser cutting with an automated Flexible Manufacturing System with 24/7 production capability
- CNC brake press to 350 tons, CNC turret and punching presses
- Press sizes 45-ton to 2000-ton

Customer Service
Western Industries customers benefit from our investment in information systems for continuous improvement. Our customers can:
- Easily communicate and exchange data with us via any number of traditional electronic means.
- Quickly and easily learn the status of their order or project via our Enterprise Resource Planning System. This system integrates manufacturing, financial and production reporting functions for highly efficient operation and job tracking.
- Place orders and make payments electronically through our integrated
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) module. Once orders are received, they
are entered, scheduled for production, tracked during production, shipped
and invoiced.
